Our products are downloadable digital products. Because of their nature, refunds are generally not available once a product has been accessed or downloaded.

Please contact us if you cannot access a purchase, were charged incorrectly, received the wrong product, or have another genuine problem with a transaction. We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it.
